The Resort
Castillo Mar is situated right in the centre of Caleta De Fuste, on the east coast of Fuerteventura. The apartments are only a few minutes walk away from the beach and 15 minutes away from the airport (currently a €9-10 taxi ride) and 800 metres from the golf course.
An attractive complex of duplex apartments, Castillo Mar is set in gardens, with communal swimming pool and childrens pool. Next to the pool area is a bar-restaurant where there is also entertainment at night.
The Area
Caleta de Fuste is well known for its fantastic golden sandy beach which is safe for children of all ages.
Those wanting to be more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to wind surf. Fuerteventura is popular with water sports enthusiasts from all over Europe. You can also take advantage of the fishing and bike hire available.
The harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which also provide local trips as well as a beautiful backdrop in the evening. There are a multitude of good restaurants in Caleta de Fuste that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices.
Also there are number of good supermarkets within the local area.
The Apartments
Each apartment which can sleep up to 5 people, comprises of front patio, leading to a living room with one double and one single sofa-bed. There is an LED TV with BBC and ITV channels and a beautiful, fully equipped, fitted kitchen complete with washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave oven.
There is a downstairs toilet and spiral staircase that leads to the main bathroom and a twin bedroom with sunny balcony.
